Lepe Seetane is a former player with the United 1991 team that won back-to-back state cups and represented the club at Regionals. He also represented the Kentucky ODP team on numerous occasions. He was selected to the Region 2 team that competed in Argentina against River Plate and Boca Juniors as well as Germany (Stuttgart FC, ) and Austria playing against New Zealand National Team. He was named Kentucky Gatorade player of the year, 2 time Adidas ESP invitee and All Star game selection and MVP, a group that had an opportunity to play with the legendary player and coach, Zinedine Zidane in Denver Colorado. He went on to play at Northwestern University where he won 3 big ten titles, the first in program history. He came back to Louisville to coach at United for 2 seasons. He moved back to his native Lesotho to become an academy director and later director of football (soccer) at Kick4Life FC, an organization that uses football(soccer) to provide young Basotho students with intensive academic support, football coaching and character development, with the aim of supporting participants to genuinely life-changing opportunities at international universities. He has come back to Louisville as an assistant coach at the Division III level at Spalding University with the men’s soccer team.
